1. Is it safe to shop online at Wolfcat?

Wolfcat's card services provider uses the industry standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption method. This will ensure a safe and secure transaction every time you shop with Wolfcat.

2. How do I shop online?

Use the menus to navigate to the product you are looking for or use the search facility. If you want to purchase a product, select the Add to Cart button. You can then choose to Continue Shopping or View Cart prior to proceeding to Checkout. Please contact us if you have any problems.

3. When do I have to log in?

You have to log in to make a purchase or to enter your account details.

4. What is my password?

We do not keep a record of your password. If you have forgotten your password, please go to Forgotten Password in My Account and you will receive a new password by email.

5. How can I pay for my order?

We accept all major credit & debit cards. If you are local you can collect your purchases form our shop and pay then, this will also save you delivery charges. We do not the ability to take payment via PayPal at the moment.

6. Can I cancel or change an order?

Yes. If your order has already been dispatched then follow the Returns Information link on our Home Page. If your order has not been dispatched we can cancel or change it according to you needs.

7. Can I add to my order once I have submiited it?

If you wish to add to an order, simply place an additional order and we will do our best to combine them into a single order.

8. How do I return an item I have purchased?

9. Do I have to pay for delivery?

Delivery charges are calculated as part of the ordering process, so you will know how much delivery will cost before you place the order.

10. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Usually, you will receive your purchase within 3 working days of your order.

11. Can I send my order to a different address?

Yes, you may specify a different delivery address. Orders going to a separate billing and delivery address will be subject to extra security checks.

12. If part of my order is out of stock, do I have to pay an extra delivery charge when it is sent to me?

No. We will always try to maintain the correct stock levels on the website. However, if an item is out of stock and forms part of a larger order, we will not make any additional delivery charge.

13. Can I order from overseas?

If you live overseas and wish to open an account with Wolfcat. Please use the Contact Us link on the Home Page to submit your request.
